Alex Naden - Director

Alex Naden set up N4den Solutions Ltd in August 2016, a company dedicated to providing world class Consultancy Services to Global clients. 

Previous consultancy appointments include Business, Data and Governance Analysis within Europe’s largest cinema operator, Business and Data Analysis within the consumer credit reporting business sector, Business, Data and Governance Analysis across a major UK retail company and Project and Programme Management within the Utilities business sector. 

Alex has an open and down to earth approach and can be relied upon to integrate into complex organisations and quickly gain key stakeholder support. Alex’s passion is supporting and guiding business change. Specifically ensuring Governance and Compliance requirements are met, protecting businesses and its employees.

Alex has over 8 years’ experience in end-to-end Programme and Project management, delivering a broad range of Business Change and Transformation projects within Pharmaceutical, Government, Financial, Commercial, Retail and Utilities. 

Mike Naden - Director

Mike Naden was appointed Chairman of Wirral Evolutions in November 2017, a company dedicated to improving the lives of people with learning difficulties, and Non-Executive Director for the Ministry of Defence in January 2017, holding Board appointments at Joint Forces Command and Defence Intelligence. 

Previous roles include Trustee at the Transformation Trust, an education charity dedicated to the young under-privileged across the UK and Chairmen for the North West branch of WaterAid. 

Mike’s time is spent providing advice and guidance to senior stakeholders in both private and public organisations, through his own consulting business and his Non-Executive appointments. Mike has a direct and open approach and can be relied upon to ‘say it how it is’ and to make fact-based decisions. Mike’s passion is about ‘doing the right thing’ for a business and its people.

Mike’s has over 30 years experience working in technology, operational excellence and delivery of large change programmes for FTSE companies. As Managing Director of a Joint Venture, Mike managed the Shared Services delivery and latterly the insource and building of IT Services capability for United Utilities. As Programme Director, on behalf of Co-Operative Group, Mike managed the successful Bank Separation Programme. Mike has also operated in senior appointments across Engineering, Retail, Finance, Utilities, Banking and the Public Sector.
